How often do I have to update my Time It Right™ system?
Never! Time It Right™ automatically updates its schedule. It knows to change the schedule based on sunset times, whether it is a Yom Tov, etc.

What about when I'm on vacation and I don't want all the lights going on?
Time It Right™ has a built in vacation mode- so whenever you go away on vacation, you simply activate the vacation mode, and only the lights that you want to go on will go on. Time It Right™ can also give your home a lived-in look while you are away, by turning lights on and off at random times rather than on a fixed schedule, so that it looks as if people are turning on and off the lights, not a computer.

What if I have a last-minute change?
Time It Right™ allows you to add, modify or cancel events if you need to make a change.

If I am making a simcha, and I want my lights to stay on later, do I have to change each light manually?
Absolutely not! Time It Right™ has a special Simcha mode. If you are making a Simcha and you need your lights to stay on later than their regular schedule, all you do is activate Simcha mode and enter the time your Simcha will end, and the schedules for all the rooms you need for the Simcha will be changed!

How does early Shabbos work? What if I decide at the last minute that I am not making early Shabbos?
There is a special early Mincha mode which you activate during the months when you make early Shabbos. If one week you decide not to make early Shabbos, simply deactivate early Mincha mode and your lights will go on and off according to the regular schedule.

What happens if I have a power failure?
If you have power failure, there is no need to worry that your schedule will be off when the power is restored. Time It Right™ has a special powerfail recovery function which will synchronize your schedule with the current time.
